Project Description: The project includes the preparation of architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, in addition to providing full engineering supervision services for the implementation of a residential building located on Saeed Al-Hajeb Road in Al-Rimal District, Riyadh, on a plot of land measuring 837 square meters.
The building consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor, and upper annexes. It includes a number of residential units and apartments designed to the highest standards of quality and comfort.
Engineering supervision includes monitoring the implementation of all works according to approved plans and technical specifications, ensuring contractors adhere to the specified schedule and quality of implementation.
