Project Description: The project includes the preparation of architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, in addition to providing full engineering supervision services for the implementation of two residential buildings located in the Al Mahdiyah District within the Wadi Hanifa area, in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Building Code for Neighborhoods (T3.2 – T4.1).
The total land area is 800 square meters, and each building consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor, and upper annexes.
Each building contains a number of residential units and apartments designed to the highest standards of quality and comfort, providing a distinguished residential environment.
Engineering supervision services include monitoring the implementation of all project phases according to the approved plans and technical specifications, ensuring contractors’ adherence to the specified implementation schedule and quality and safety standards.
