Project Description: The project aims to develop an integrated residential complex dedicated to housing the medical staff of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, specifically doctors and nurses, within a designated urban area in the Al Narjis district, north of Riyadh. The complex comprises two residential buildings, each with a ground floor, first floor, and upper floors. The residential units are designed to provide a practical and comfortable living environment that meets the needs of medical staff in terms of privacy, security, and ease of movement.
