Project Description: The project is a mixed-use tower consisting of two basement floors dedicated to parking and services, in addition to 20 upper floors. The ground and first floors include commercial uses, while the upper floors are designated for residential units, divided between doctors’ residences and nurses’ residences.
The tower was designed according to modern urban tower standards in terms of functional efficiency, vertical movement organization, and service distribution, while ensuring integration between commercial and residential activities within a balanced and modern urban cluster.
